About the Role:

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager/2IC to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on selling manager role, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time dedicated management position.

You will play a key strategic role in driving sales growth, optimizing dealership operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the owner, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Motivate: Inspire and develop a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass targets.

Drive Sales Performance: Oversee sales operations, second-facing customers and ensuring sales process are being followed.

Lead Management: Oversee lead and DMS management, eg Autoplay, EasyCars, social media.

Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships, assist with second-facing, and ensure a seamless buying experience.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and dealership success.

Collaboration with Owner: Work closely with the owner to develop and execute business growth plans.

Operational Oversight: Ensure the dealership operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company goals.

Proven experience in sales management, or a salesperson looking to take the next step.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities to inspire performance.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about the automotive industry, with a drive for success and continuous improvement.
