About us
Providing various specialist therapy services, working directly with the community, schools and with various departments. We are NDIS registered but Yesability also provide Positive Behavior Support to various Government Departments including Health, DCPFS, DOC and Education.
Yesability is a long-standing therapy business set up prior to NDIS initiation. We have 2 head offices in Osborne Park and Canningvale (Perth Metro), Kalgoorlie and Geraldton.
We provide behaviour support services throughout Western Australia and have ongoing behaviour support roles in areas these areas:
Perth Metro
Broome
Geraldton
Kununarra
Kalgoorlie
Esperance
Albany
Carnarvon
Bunbury
Margaret River
Collie and
Surrounding areas.
Qualifications & experience required:
Experience as a behavior support practitioner is essential.
Relevant Qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science. Board certified Behavior Analyst or over 2 years experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support.
Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This is necessary.
Working with Children's card, National police clearance and current driving license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.

Core, proficient and Advanced roles available in all parts of Western Australia with remote loading and travel loading/ per diems for Fly in fly out roles.
Tasks & responsibilities
Complete indirect and direct assessment including observations and data collection and collate the data for the development of behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessment.
Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family and significant others. Provide training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behavior support plans, which may involve fade out plans for restrictive practices.
Support the participant to meet their person centered goals.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to lead a team and support other core practitioners.
