About the Role:
As a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll work closely with individuals, families, and support networks to develop and implement tailored Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans. Your expertise will help enhance quality of life and promote independence for those with complex behavioural needs.

In this role, you will also provide Clinical Supervision to Core and Proficient level clinicians.

What You’ll Bring:
✔ Advanced Practitioner status under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
✔ Proven experience in developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans
✔ Strong knowledge of PBS frameworks, restrictive practices & NDIS compliance
✔ Clinical Supervision experience
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ A passion for empowering individuals and driving positive change
