Club Dubbo currently has a vacancy for a suitably qualified Club Supervisor to join our management team.

The role will be responsible for:

Ensuring the Club's bar, bistro, gaming, functions and reception facilities are appropriately serviced and supervised.

Oversee the delivery of quality service in all departments

Daily management and reconciliation of tills and balancing of safe.

Management of staff ensuring excellence in levels of service, presentation and assisting in providing updated and timely staff rosters.

Interaction with patrons and provide detailed and accurate feedback on club operations.

The cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all areas of the club when on duty.

Opening and closing the premises and managing the club in the absence of the Venue Manager or CEO.

Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and WHS responsibilities.

You will have the following skills and experience:

Experience in hospitality including supervision of staff.

The ability to lead a team from the front by setting high standards, efficient training, and positive motivation.

High level customer service and communication skills.

Be able to work independently or within a team.

Competent computer skills.

Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations.

Previous experience in Gaming (Poker machines, TAB, and Keno).

A solid understanding of Club operations, regulations, and legislations.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
