The Role:

As Duty Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our team, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring our patrons enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include managing bar and gaming services, coordinating the team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations with a focus on the gaming floor.
  • Lead and support a team to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Oversee cash handling, gaming operations, and compliance.
  • Uphold and enforce safety, health, and gaming regulations.
  • Oversee the bar, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in rostering, staff management, and training.
  • Uphold high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a duty management role within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not necessary.
  • Gaming experience.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must hold RSA and RCG certification.
