About Us and the Role
At Seeds Occupational Therapy, we specialise in supporting children as they navigate challenges and achieve their potential. Our dedicated team is passionate about fostering children's learning and development through personalised care from qualified therapists.
We provide home-based services for children diagnosed with ASD or ADHD. Currently, our client list is full, and we’re looking to expand our team by hiring a new Occupational Therapist.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a compassionate, energetic Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will offer home visits primarily in the inner-west area of Melbourne.
Whether you’re seeking a few hours or several days a week, we offer complete flexibility to accommodate your schedule. This role allows you to create your ideal work-life balance while enjoying a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment.
Great Remuneration: At Seeds Occupational Therapy, we offer our subcontracting OTs $150 per client. We believe in supporting our OTs to develop their own client base and want to ensure that they are paid appropriately for their time and experience. As an OT myself (the owner of Seeds OT), my focus is on creating a high-quality service, not running a large business. I genuinely care about the professional development of our OTs and want them to be rewarded fairly for the work they do. This is why we ensure competitive rates and offer the flexibility for OTs to grow in a long-term, sustainable capacity.
We are looking for Occupational Therapists who want to join our team and build their own client base. While paediatric experience is welcome, it is not necessary. We provide a supportive environment for OTs of all experience levels to thrive.
Why Join Us?
Flexible Employment Options: We provide casual and part-time roles tailored to your needs.
Great Remuneration: Our subcontracting OTs earn $150 per client.
Supportive Team Culture: Be part of a team that truly cares for one another as well as the children we serve.
Opportunity to Build Your Own Client Base: Take charge of your career and enjoy long-term growth as you establish your own caseload.
