We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to coordinate customer bookings, resolve product and service enquiries and maintain customer databases. As a key point of contact, you will oversee job allocations, customer follow-ups, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes across all stakeholders.

What's in it for you?

• Deliver professional customer support via phone and email, resolving queries and service issues
• Process bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Manage orders, invoices, and warranty documentation
• Maintain and update records in fleet company portals
• Coordinate stock shipments and assist with inventory control
• Input invoices, generate reports, and track missing information
• Support daily scheduling for onsite installations and repairs
• Assist with audits, compliance tasks, and OH&S duties
• Ad-hoc tasks, attending meetings, and assisting colleagues as needed.

What you need?

• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer service or team support role
• Professional written and verbal manner
• Motivated, positive and team-oriented attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
