A leading peak body for Local Government professionals in Victoria is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring the seamless delivery of programs, providing exceptional customer service, and offering strong administrative support. You will also supervise staff and work closely with the Learning and Development Director to continuously enhance services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of leadership and mentoring programs
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintaining strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of all programs.
• Supervise the Learning and Development Officer and Administrative Support staff.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
• Experience in HR or Learning and Development is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and project management skills.
• Proven experience supervising staff and leading small teams.
• Knowledge of the local government operating environment and experience with CRM systems.
