We’re on the hunt for a standout individual to become the heartbeat of a group of dynamic, fast-growing businesses based in Darwin. This isn’t your average BDM role. You’ll be the go-to person across four distinct but connected companies. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to sit at the centre of a growing ecosystem of Territory-based brands across property maintenance, finance and insurance. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple sectors.
You’ll represent a group of innovative businesses:
AusMCo – Property maintenance services for landlords, real estate agencies and tenants
Manage Your Loans – Residential mortgage brokerage with national reach
Add Finance – A business and consumer finance brand
Add Insure – A fresh take on insurance distribution in Australia
🔍 About the Role
As our BDM, you won’t just chase leads — you’ll build relationships that shape the future of our brands. You’ll:
Be the first point of contact across our group of businesses for real estate professionals, brokers, business owners and other key stakeholders
Liaise with property managers to streamline and grow maintenance workflows
Introduce aligned services like finance and insurance across our networks
Build and maintain a network of referral partners, advocates and key accounts
Represent us at community events, trade shows and industry forums
Spot growth opportunities, provide insights, and work closely with our co-founders to turn strategy into action

Someone who loves people – naturally warm, curious and highly engaging
High emotional intelligence with a knack for reading the room and influencing others
Strong communicator who presents with confidence and professionalism
A self-motivated operator who can manage their own schedule and priorities
Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or relationship management
Comfortable working across multiple projects, industries and systems
Tech-friendly, commercially sharp, and growth-minded
💥 What You’ll Get
$80,000 base salary + super
Quarterly performance bonus (totalling up to 25% of annual base salary)
