What will you be doing in this role:

• Routine inspections and reporting
• Outgoing inspections
• Ingoing inspections
• Mid week and Saturday leasing inspections
• Processing applications
• Responding to tenant enquiries
• Attend weekly team meetings and training
• Nurture client relationships to retain managements
• Collaboration with the leasing and new business team
• Prepare open packs and key collections
• Assist with booking the weekly open home schedule
  
  

The right candidate will have:

• 3 months leasing or reception experience ideal
• A background in hospitality and customer service
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new processes
• Sound knowledge of the Northern Beaches and its amenities
