About Our Client
Our client, located in Deer Park, is a leading Australian wide manufacturer and supplier of PVC piping to the construction and building industry. We are currently seeking experienced extrusion operators to work in their fast paced production area. The successful application would be required to work night shift (set shift - not rotating).

About The Job
You will set up and operate extruder machines. You will run the line from start (material dry blend/ extrusion line) to finish product which would include lifting up to 20kgs and forklift driving in a fast paced environment. You will work on the fortnightly, 12 hour roster which includes working every second weekend.

• Setting up & shut down of machines
• Operating extruder machines
• Forklift driving
• Manual lifting
• Quality checks
• Cleaning of equipment and area

About You

• Forklift (LF) licence
• PE or PVC extrusion experience preferrable but not essential
• Mechanical aptitude
• Manufacturing/ Machine operating experience necessary
• Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
