Customer Service Officer

• Long Term Temporary Contract - Immediate Start
• Girraween Location - Onsite Parking
• $35.86 per hour + Super

We are looking for Customer Service professional from a Pharmaceutical, Health Insurance or Medical background who is looking to join a business that looks after their staff, provides professional development, ongoing training, and support for a leading business that supplies healthcare and pharmaceutical products across Australia.

Being the point of contact for patients and consumers your day to day will include:

• Answering all inbound calls and query’s maintaining relationships with customers
• Ensuring all transactions are processed with accuracy into the system
• Collecting outstanding payments from customers
• Working with 3rd party insurance companies
• Making sure customer concerns or patterns are captured as they arise & resolved with the relevant department
• Provide support to internal & external customers
• Assist Customer Service Manager as required

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is customer service focused, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external business stakeholders
• The ability to multitask working in a fast passed environment
• Strong attention to detail when entering in transactions
• Someone with the ability to identify and resolve problems
• Someone who is Punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products – Desirable
