Overview of the Role
As a Commercial Estimator, your primary focus will be providing accurate cost estimates for various glazing projects. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure competitive bids and client satisfaction. About the Role

Estimate costs for glazing projects, including materials and labour

Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work

Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with project requirements

Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Prepare accurate and competitive bids that meet client expectations

Overview of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a solid background in construction estimating. You are a natural communicator who thrives in team environments and is committed to delivering quality results.

About the Ideal Candidate
Essentials:

Minimum three years’ experience in glazing estimation or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of building plans and specifications

Valid driver’s license

Desirables:

Familiarity with V6 quoting software or equivalent

Knowledge of Alspec Aluminium Systems
