THE ROLE
Sitting in the Group FP&A team and reporting into the Head of FP&A, this permanent role is responsible for:

Business Performance Reporting & Partnering

• Produce monthly performance reporting to key stakeholders including Board, Executive Team and managers.
• Produce quality commentary and insights into variances between actual and forecast/budget
• Understand key business revenue and cost drivers by business line and partner with business divisions to understand potential impacts to overall profitability

Rolling forecasts, budgets and planning tools

• Maintain financial planning scenarios in planning tools such as Adaptive and assist with the monthly rolling forecast and budgeting process
• Understand report building in planning tools and partner with the Financial Control team to automate reporting

Data visualisation & Analytics

• Working with data and performing analysis using a range of BI technologies such as PowerBI, Adaptive and Tableau
• Presenting analysis and trends in a compelling manner to maximise influence with key stakeholders

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a CA/CPA qualified Senior Finance Analyst, with:

1. Prior experience in financial services
2. Proven FP&A and business partnering experience
3. Big 4 training advantegous but not essential
4. Strong communication skills and experience partnering with C-level executives
