Your responsibilities:

Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dishes.

Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety while fostering a positive work environment.

Work with the team in an la carte environment, delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and flair under pressure.

Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.

Helping to develop and train the next generation of culinary stars.

Your Attributes:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end, fast-paced kitchen.

A passion for creating memorable dining experiences with a flair for contemporary Australian cuisine.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
