R&B Mining are a small family owned business that established in 2017. Based in Mount Isa, QLD, we provide services in and out of our local workshop such as welding and metal fabrication, mechanical maintenance and general labour services to the local mine site. Our client is Australia’s biggest industrial asset, located in Mount Isa, an outback city of more than 22,000 residents. Our client operates two mining and processing streams at Mount Isa Mines, copper and zinc-lead-silver, to deliver natural resources of enduring value in modern society. Mount Isa Mines is the second largest copper producer in Australia

Essential Criteria

Current: Mount Isa Mines Medical - ESSENTIAL or WILLING TO OBTAIN

Relevant Trade Certificate

Previous fixed plant, mobile and shutdown experience - highly regarded

Be able to pass random Drug and Alcohol tests

Essential: Confined Space / Working at Heights/ Manual Handling

Current Drivers Licence

HRWL; Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, CN, C6, Overhead crane (Advantage)

Ability to work within a team and contribute to high safety standards

A minimum of 2 references
