Overview of role:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Asset Renewals team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, delivery, and management of capital works projects, ensuring that water and wastewater infrastructure continues to meet the needs of our communities.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will:

• Deliver assigned projects within budget, time, and quality expectations.
• Prepare project plans, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
• Manage project risks and drive business improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience in project delivery, including budget management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A “can-do” attitude with a focus on customer and community solutions.

Salary

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3, $74,200 - $90,097 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
