Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible end-to-end customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Create and manage customer sales orders in the SAP ERP system, including EDI, direct entry and return order types.
• Engage with retail partners like JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman to address stock availability and other inquiries promptly.
• Provide comprehensive back-office support, assisting various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Greeting customers and other stakeholders in the moments they arrive and leave our premises

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Internal Sales roles within a B2B or B2C organization.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP to process sales orders and manage customer master data.
• A strong background in customer service and administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and problem-solve effectively.
• Comfortable working in a smaller, close-knit team environment.

Working Environment:

• Full-time, in-office position
• Standard hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility.
• On-site parking is available for your convenience.
