Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Prepare and serve a range of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and club areas.

Follow all health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws.

Gaming Attendant:

Ensure a positive gaming experience for our patrons by providing assistance and maintaining gaming areas.

Monitor gaming machines to ensure proper functioning and address any issues promptly.

Adhere to gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.

Assist in managing and reporting on cash and gaming transactions.

Offer excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bar service and/or gaming operations.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.

RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) certification is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings.
