Chemist Depot Epping

Our independent, fast-paced pharmacy is looking for an experienced pharmacy retail manger to cover our current retail manager for their maternity leave. Immediate start preferred and opportunity for ongoing long term position after the temporary leave has been covered.

The position will be for 4 days a week, these are flexible and can be discussed if you are selected for an interview. Weekends and weekdays available, but you will need to work a minimum of 3 work days. Hours worked each day will also be flexible & subject to discussion. Currently these hours would suit but are not locked in stone:

Mon 9am-5pm

Wed 9am-5pm

Thurs 9am-5pm

Fri 9am-5pm

The successful applicant will need to take on roles such as:

Supervising & encouraging shop staff to perform at their very best

Managing KPIs

Work along side the Assistant Retail manager to maintain shop appearance, cleanliness, ticketing, sales etc

Computer experience a must, need to be able to work with multiple different programs

Working alongside Dispensary Pharmacy Manager to continue smooth operations

Entering Invoices & other basic admin

Liaising with company reps for best deals

Stock ordering

Maintaining correct SOH

checking emails

Phone answering

Serving customers

Cash handling

Successful applicant must have excellent communication and confidence, this is a very fast paced environment and we need staff to be quick thinkers and problem solvers. Must be able to work in a team.

Experience within another independent pharmacy preferred, experience with manual ordering will be a great advantage when applying but not essential, training will be provided.

Experience with Minfos a high advantage but not essential. Training provided by current Pharmacy Retail Manger.
