The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sophisticated Digital Marketer to join the vibrant team at Netprofit Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible the digital marketing strategy across many of our brands and initiatives, playing a key part in the organisation's continued growth and success.

The main aim of the role will be to rapidly deploying web properties for a variety of brand (currently on wordpress) with tight integration to marketing automation (hubspot) and CRM (salesforce). You will project manage the roll out, and the ongoing management of all our web properties, optimising the sales and marketing funnel from AI optimise SEO, through to email nurturing pre and post sale. You need to be technically, proficient, curios and a fast learner with a bent for taking action, but you don't need to be able to do it all, as you will work alongside in-house design and development rescources for specific skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, email, and content marketing

Analyse website performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement

Create engaging and conversion-focused content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters

Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including search, social, and display advertising

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Ability to rapidly deploy websites, using content management systems with geo-located domains.

Experience in hubspot for integrating landing pages and strong understanding of CMR, ideally salesforce. Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing

Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and multimedia production

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
