This role provides the People & Culture team with a broad range of administrative & operational support across the entire employee cycle with a focus on Recruitment. You are contributing to delivering effective and efficient HR activities & programs and coordinating information & communication workflows for employee processes.
Key accountabilities
Undertake recruitment and selection-related administration, including managing the recruitment inbox, conducting applicant phone screening, scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers & applicants.
Assist in the employee onboarding and offboarding processes as directed by the People & Culture team.
Assisting the Workplace Trainer with administrative duties.
Coordinate processes, documents, and records for employee changes, including updating organisational charts.
Prepare new employee packs, induction packs, and other HR documents and correspondence.
Input and update employee data in the Employment Hero HRIS.
Maintain employee records, including printing, scanning, uploading, collating, and filing documentation.
Ensure all personal employee and volunteer information is kept confidential.
Generate HR reports and collate HR data to produce regular and ad-hoc HR metrics reporting.
Undertake other general administration tasks as required by the People & Culture Coordinator.
Participate in organisation-wide and team meetings, collaborative planning activities and other meetings or activities relevant to the position.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Requirements
Experience in general administration, reporting and document management, preferably within a Human Resources function
Qualifications in generalist Human Resources studies or similar or willing to obtain.
An interest in Recruitment processes and practices.
Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively and productively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion required in a Human Resources function
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook and preferably experience using HRIS databases and online systems
Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage to compete and change priorities and deliver to deadlines
