About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join our People & Culture team. The successful incumbent will be primarily responsible for monitoring and responding to email and phone queries from managers and employees as well as maintaining and enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes and employment registers.
As a People & Culture Administrator at GSHS, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administration support to the People & Culture team to assist with human resources activities.
- Providing basic Human Resource advice to managers and respond to their enquiries in a timely manner.
- Administering the recruitment process, including advertising, social media, contracting and onboarding, and ensuring legislative compliance is maintained.
- Preparing contracts of employment and variations
- Maintaining a centralised position description database.
- Administering pre-employment check registers, such as Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS check.
- Assisting the payroll team with leave data entry, onboarding and related pay run tasks, where appropriate.
About You
Applicants should possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Hold a Certificate III or above in administration, human resources, business or similar (preferred)
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong computer literacy including Canva and Microsoft
- Ability to generate content for social media relating to the recruitment and human resources functions
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
