About the role

Dream City Cleaning is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Officer to join our team in Canberra, ACT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and administering a range of contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents to support the business
• Ensure all contracts are executed in a timely manner and comply with legal and company requirements
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency
• Assist with the development and maintenance of contract templates and policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a contracts administration or similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to interpret and apply contract terms and conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
