100% Remote - WFH
Full Time - two weeks (maybe longer)
Immediate start for the right person
$40-$50 per hour (subject to experience)
THE FIRM:
Geelong based law firm specialising in property including commercial and residential conveyancing.
THE ROLE:
To handle residential sale and purchase files from end to end drafting all necessary documentation and correspondence.
DUTIES:
Handling file from end to end.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders including banks, real estate agents and other lawyers.
Contract reviews.
Preparing S32s, Vendor Statement.
Title Searches.
Attending to VOIs.
Knowledge of ATO Clearance certificates and GST forms.
Preparing Statement of Adjustments and Settlement Statements.
