About the role
- Support Patient Care & Services - Coordinate clinical appointments, maintain accurate healthcare records, manage billing, and ensure smooth administrative operations in the Clinical Genomics Department.
- Communication & Customer Service - Professionally and compassionately interact with patients, families, and health professionals, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and in line with hospital values.
- Data & System Management - Maintain databases, manage clinical information systems, and ensure accurate documentation to support high-quality genomics services.
- Administrative Excellence - Organize meetings, prepare reports, manage schedules, and facilitate business proposals while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborative & Dynamic Role - Work closely with interdisciplinary teams across clinical and research settings, contributing to cutting-edge genomics services and patient car

- Strong Digital & Administrative Skills - Advanced computer literacy, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical records.
