The purpose of the Manager, ICT Resilience role is to lead the review, development and implementation of ICT resilience frameworks in line with best practice standards across ITB, TMR. You will liaise with senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions and lead ICT resiliency risk management practice and champion ICT resiliency capability across the department.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide ICT Resiliency leadership input into Strategic and Operational Plans ensuring those activities identified in plans and roadmaps contribute directly to the goals and values of ITB.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of ICT resilience practice across TMR.
• Lead and manage ITB's ICT Resilience Program, in line with best practice methodology, to ensure effective and efficient response to disruptive events minimizing impact to ITB and TMR.
• Perform the role of ITB Resilience Coordinator and liaise with internal and external stakeholders during emergencies and critical incidents involving ICT services to facilitate the restoration of operations.
• Lead and manage the development and continuous improvements of scenario testing and provide support in addressing learnings to improve efficiency and effectiveness of DR/BCP practices and processes within TMR.
• Lead the strategic analysis, review, reporting and advice on key ICT resilience artefacts, including, issues that escalate and/or result in departmental disruptions.
