This is currently a three-month temporary role with a preference to secure someone to allow for a strong and positive handover. The Role:
This organisation is seeking a strong Financial Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

• End-of-month processes, including posting journals, GL reconcilations
• Bank reconciliations for up to 10 stores
• Reporting across the group structure
• Group consolidation accounting
• Managing inventory
• Preparing GST returns
• Reviewing systems data integrity

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or experienced Assistant Accountant
• Ideally, you will be an Associate CPA or recently CPA/CA qualified
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and desire to grow in your career
