We are looking for full-time & part-time Customer Service Representatives to join Suncorp's New Contact Centre in Townsville starting Wednesday 4 June!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting both new and existing customers with their insurance inquiries and needs
  • Offering tailored solutions to help customers with car and home insurance
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest insurance products and services to deliver top-notch advice

Training Period

Home Office Setup Requirements

As a hybrid role, you’ll be working both from our office and your home. You’ll be provided with a Suncorp laptop, but you’ll need to ensure you have:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
  • A private workspace
