About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic RF Pick packers and Production Labourers to join our clients within manufacturing industries based in Eastern Creek, NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing company.

Hours of Operation:

AM Shift: Start times from 6am or from 4am

Must be flexible to work either of these start times

PM Shift: 2pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks (aluminium materials and/or PVC stabilisers
• RF picking and packing of materials (ideally have 1+ years experience with RF guns)
• Operating equipment and machinery to load, unload, and move materials and products to heavy machinery that weigh from 20kgs plus
• Perform tasks requiring basic mathematical calculations
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve production targets
• Undertaking other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the facility

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehousing environment will be highly regarded
• Have experience with RF Scanners
• Basic mathematical skills
• Be physically fit and strong due to the nature of the position as it will require repetitive lifting.
• Be able to work in a dusty environment and wear the full PPE gear from head-to-toe.
• Own transport due to the location of the facility
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
