The Opportunity

We are now seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive community for the following teaching opportunity:
ART TEACHER
Part Time Position 0.6 FTE
Limited Tenure Leave Replacement - from the start of Term 3, 2025 until the end of Term 2, 2026
Graduate teachers or those eligible for a Limited Authority to Teach (LAT) are encouraged to apply for this role. MacKillop Catholic College has an innovative Graduate Teacher Program to support such applicants.
About You
As a qualified Teacher, registered with the Teachers Registration Board of Tasmanian, you will be able to exhibit a wide range of exemplary teaching practices, which include:
Creating and maintaining supportive and safe learning environments.
Teaching excellence in the Australian Curriculum and using research based best pedagogical practices.
Working collaboratively in a team to plan and implement effective teaching and learning.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with all members of the school community.
Passionate and committed to high quality and innovative Catholic education.
An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission and values of MacKillop Catholic College as a Catholic school.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
