The role is structured around a “territory management” model. You will be allocated an existing client base, which it will be your responsibility to maintain, grow, and develop by providing international freight solutions that enhance their operations and bottom line. Additionally, you will seek new clients within your designated territory to expand your customer portfolio.

Experience Required for the Role

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, either in direct sales or account management.
  • B2B customer management experience in competitive markets.
  • Knowledge of freight or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and adherence to company policies regarding sales reporting.
  • A high degree of self-confidence, initiative, and commitment.


Salary: Modest base with high-impact monthly commissions + Super
