We are hiring an admin officer to help our Management team drive positive change within the company. As an Office Admin, you'll be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of business operations. This key role will involve implementing process improvements, fostering personal and professional growth among the team members, and ensuring operational excellence.

Join a dynamic team and become a key player in shaping the future of the organisation. We are currently seeking a dedicated office admin officer with positive 'can do' attitude.
The Role:
Perform various administrative tasks including staff rosters/ schedule jobs, attend meetings, perform and monitor action items agreed in team meetings.
Act as an assistant to the Director and managers and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Manage HR related tasks such as help with recruitment, new employee onboarding
Financial experience – help the company Accountant with MYOB invoices, check expenses, manage overhead costs, monitor budgets, follow-up on unpaid invoices etc.
Implement company policies and procedures, ensure health and safety and compliance with regulations and promoting a productive and harmonious work environment
30min Lunch cover of the store front (pond shop) - an experience in basic fishkeeping would be considered valuable.
Your Profile:
Previous experience in Retail Pond or Aquarium Fish shop valuable
Any fish keeping experience valuable
Previous experience in office management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements
Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation
