About the role
The successful candidate would participate in a 5-day roster with early shifts commencing at 8am and shifts finishing at 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the practice as part of a team ensuring that all patients are provided with the highest level of customer service.
Start date is ASAP.
Key responsibilities
Dealing with telephone enquiries and bookings
Organising our Doctors’ consultations and procedures
Communicating with patients on arrival and departure
Scheduling patient appointments
Manage patient invoicing and receipting
Other administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will have:
Excellent customer service skills, including a polite telephone manner
Professional presentation
Proactive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
The ability to work within a busy team environment
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Windows environment, Medical Software (practice currently uses BlueChip and Medical Director), Medicare and third party accounts would be favourably looked upon.
Previous reception work in a medical practice is the minimum requirement.
