The Role

As a Producer, you’ll be the backbone of our projects, overseeing content production from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients and creatives to ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables, Recap style!

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage video, photo and graphic design production projects from concept to delivery.

Handle pre-production tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and client communication.

Collaborate with our creatives to ensure a seamless workflow.

Maintain clear communication between internal teams and clients.

Troubleshoot challenges on set and in post, ensuring deadlines and creative expectations are met.

Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-energy team culture.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a blend of creativity, organisation, and all-around good vibes. You should be passionate about content production and keen to create engaging, high-performing work.

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years experience in content production (agency, commercial, or broadcast experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of both production and post-production workflows.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources for video, photo and design projects.

Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and problem-solve on the fly.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Your own car and unrestricted drivers license

You know when broadcast quality is needed and when run-and-gun is called for

You have impeccable attention to detail

You keep up with social media, are quick to jump on new trends, and are always looking for ways to stand out in the content world

You know how to take feedback onboard and quickly adapt to changing needs

Liaise with our clients to build rapport and make them feel at ease

You work to deadlines to meet project needs

Happy to travel for the role where required
