Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $50 - $55 per hour. The role will involve overseeing commercial electrical work across various locations in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of electrical installations on commercial projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a team of electricians and ensure they follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for electrical systems.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring tools and materials are available as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• White Card and any other relevant licensing or certifications for working in construction.
