Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pontoon Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in framing, painting with flowcoat, working with gel coat, and fibreglassing using chopstrand mat. While experience is preferred, we are happy to provide additional training to someone with a strong base of skills in these areas. You’ll be instrumental in the construction and finishing of high-quality pontoons for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Frame and assemble custom pontoons.

Apply gel coat and fibreglass using chopstrand mat.

Sand Pontoons using various power tools.

Paint pontoons with flowcoat

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and adhere to quality control standards.

Assist with various tasks across the project as required, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

Practical experience in framing, fibreglassing, and painting with flowcoat.

Familiarity with gel/flow coat application and working with chopstrand mat.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.

A solid work ethic and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.

White Card (Construction Induction) is required.

A current driver’s license (boat license is a plus, but not essential).
