• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Motivation to build and maintain strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and wider community
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Available for full-time work all hours/days the service is operational and able to be flexible when needed or for casual work
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector (essential) and/or Lead/Co-Lead Educator experience (desirable)
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
• ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress. Can be Cert III qualified if experienced and willing to sign up for Diploma or being considered for Casual work.
