Senior NABERS & CBD Consultant

Location: Melbourne CBD

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super
National Travel Required

We are looking for an experienced Senior NABERS & CBD Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in managing and delivering NABERS activities, ensuring high-quality data analysis, and providing expert consulting services to clients nationwide.

About the Role

As a Senior NABERS & CBD Consultant, you will play a key role in conducting NABERS assessments, energy efficiency reporting, and sustainability consulting. You will be responsible for analysing and managing energy and water data, liaising with clients, and providing strategic insights to drive sustainability performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking NABERS ratings and CBD assessments for commercial properties.
• Managing the collection and analysis of energy, water, and emissions data.
• Providing expert advice on sustainability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
• Preparing detailed reports, certifications, and presentations based on data insights.
• Supporting the implementation of sustainability strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
• National travel to client sites as required.

• NABERS Accreditation (essential).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, and commercial property sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
