QUALITY TECHNICIAN & ASSEMBLER

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WITH QA IN METALWORKS

$35/hour + Penalties + O/T

Kleencut Solutions is looking for a Highly skilled Quality Technician & Assembler to commence in our expanding team of Metalwork Fabricators working in a wide variety of different projects, including Balustrades, Aluminium Cladding & Battens, Automated Gates, Perforated Screening, Decorative Fencing and more!

We’re a close team looking to expand our capabilities on-site, to achieve better time-frames and higher quality output for our customers.

All applicants MUST HAVE the following attributes to be successful in this role:

Perform routine visual, dimensional and functional inspections and objective tests for incoming parts, in-process production and finished goods

Ensure that all products have been tested per requirements and fall within standards while meeting customer requirements, measured to specifications and within tolerances

Document and report inspection findings and results and monitor corrective actions to inspection findings

Assist in identifying non-conforming product and documenting all identified Non-Conformances thoroughly with enough detail to allow independent parties to action dispositions and follow quarantine processes

Communicate with other departments as and when required to maintain quality and service levels to required standards

A keen eye for detail

Experience working with Aluminium and Steel highly advantageous or carpentry

Assembly of panels required so use with power tools and attention to detail paramount

Experience in the use of a wide variety of tools

A keen understanding for accurate measurements

Time management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with both Customer and fellow Kleencut Team Members

Problem solving skills

Ability to work on your own and in a team

Licences:

Drivers License

White Card

Experience:

3 -5 years' experience in QC /QA in manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills & ‘design for manufacture’ skills

Aluminium Fabrication or Installation experience preferred

The role will entail the following:

Assembly of our products

QA checking and packaging of our products for dispatch

Picking up and delivery of materials from the factory

Meticulous attention to detail and identifying quality issues

Attention to detail in packaging to ensure no damage in packaging products
