Development Manager – Luxury Residential and Commercial Projects
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for property development and a strong background in construction? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering world-class residential projects.

Your Role
In this position, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the development process—from site acquisition and design coordination to construction oversight and final project handover. You’ll work closely with consultants, builders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Research & Site Acquisition
Conduct thorough site assessments, including zoning regulations, overlays, and easements.
Assist with due diligence tasks such as geotechnical analysis, surveys, and property feasibility studies.
Planning & Design Coordination
Work with planning consultants and architects to refine project concepts and documentation.
Ensure designs align with construction feasibility and budget considerations.
Review project plans to anticipate potential challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Construction & Procurement
Help prepare tender documents and assist in the contractor selection process.
Review construction contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Regularly update project reports and maintain thorough documentation.
Sales & Marketing Support
Participate in launch events and client presentations to understand buyer expectations.
Review marketing materials and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Construction Oversight & Quality Control
Coordinate the setup of display units and ensure all necessary construction elements are in place.
Manage supplier quotes and oversee installation coordination with builders.
Supervise critical construction stages, mitigating risks related to waterproofing, glazing, fire safety, and finishes.
Handle service connections (e.g., utilities, infrastructure agreements) and resolve any technical challenges.
Assist in builder handovers, ensuring all warranties, manuals, and compliance documents are correctly processed.
Project Completion & Post-Settlement Management
Support pre-settlement inspections, addressing any defects or client concerns.
Work closely with builders and property managers to resolve post-handover issues efficiently.
Oversee defect resolution and assist in the smooth transition of properties to residents.
Additional Responsibilities
Organize and track project schedules, milestones, and team priorities.
Document key meetings and follow up on action points.
Monitor market trends and innovations to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Property Economics, Business, Town Planning, or Construction Management.
At least five years of industry experience in property development or construction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
