What you need:

• A degree in construction management or a related field and/or proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-end residential one-off builds from $3M+
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, programs, and high-end finishes
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Projects, or similar construction software
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Drivers License
