About the role

As our Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. this is a full-time role based in Wollongong (preferred), however we will consider a permanent part-time arrangement (minimum 25 hours per week) for the right candidate. For full-time team members only, enjoy the benefit of one work-from-home day per week to support work-life balance. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales managers and agents, handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep our team organised and our clients happy. You will export and manage data, prepare vital sales reports, assist with payroll processes, coordinate onboarding for new hires, and be a point of contact for both internal team members and clients. This position is key to maintaining the efficiency and high performance of our office, and it offers plenty of opportunity to learn, take initiative, and grow with us.

Key responsibilities

Exporting data files - pull and organise sales data from our systems for analysis and reporting

Generating sales reports - Compile weekly and monthly sales reports to provide insights for our team and clients

Listening to call recordings - Review sales call recordings for quality assurance and training purposes

Meeting with clients - Attend client meetings alongside the team to provide administrative support and foster strong relationships

Weekly payroll reporting - Prepare and process weekly payroll data, ensuring accuracy for our sales staff's compensation

Onboarding new staff to payroll - Set up new team members in the payroll system and guide them through initial admin requirements

Handling complaints - Professionally handle incoming complaints or issues, coordinating resolutions with the relevant team members

General office duties - Maintain a clean and tidy office space

About you

You are an enthusiastic and reliable professional who loves to keep things organised. Ideally, you will have:

Bubbly personality – an outgoing, positive attitude that shines in a team environment.

Competent with computers – tech-savvy with proficiency in general office software.

Experience with Excel – comfortable using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports.

Able to work independently – self-motivated and capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills – clear and confident in both written and verbal communication.

Problem-solving mindset – proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.

Sales experience – a bonus (not required), but any background in sales or customer service will be highly regarded.
