About the role

As a part-time Social Media Specialist at Pixelz360 in Brisbane, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing the clients’ online presence across various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your creative flair and digital marketing expertise to help a dynamic business thrive in the competitive digital landscape.

Note this role will lead to full time within 3months.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, images, videos and other multimedia content
• Good knowledge of Meta ads and must have knowledge of creating campaigns
• Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and optimise content for maximum impact
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with the broader marketing and brand objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms and best practices to ensure the company's digital presence remains cutting-edge
• Excellent communication skills is essential for this role

What we're looking for

• Some kind of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with a strong eye for design
• In-depth understanding of the major social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively for business growth
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (optional)
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques
