About the role

We are experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an additional Migration Agent who can add value to our team.

The role will require the successful applicant to perform following duties and tasks:

Assisting clients across the globe in dealing with Australian and International immigration issues such as visa options, eligibility and application merits.

Liaising with employers, skill assessment agencies, state sponsoring bodies, DOHA and migration review tribunal.

Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development.

Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Ensuring up-to-date and accurate reports are maintained.

Ensuring full career growth and development by giving proper training and guidance.

Provide expert guidance on visa applications, migration pathways, and compliance with Australian immigration laws.

Assess client eligibility and advise on the best visa options.

Prepare and lodge visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration policies and legal changes.

Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Meet performance targets and achieve incentives based on successful outcomes.

Provide expert migration advice and assistance to clients on various visa categories, including GSM, student, partner, employer-sponsored, and business visas.

Accurately prepare and lodge visa applications in compliance with Australian immigration laws.

Keep up to date with the latest migration legislation and policy changes.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and suggest suitable visa options.

Manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote migration services and generate leads.

Work towards achieving sales targets by converting client inquiries into successful visa applications.

Represent the company at seminars, networking events, and promotional activities.

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Registration with MARA.

Extensive knowledge of Migration Law.

Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Previous experience working in immigration industry is required.

Requirements:

Registered Migration Agent with a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) registration.

Strong understanding of Australian migration laws, visa procedures, and compliance requirements.

Experience managing multiple visa applications with accuracy and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, sales-driven approach with the ability to convert leads into clients.

Experience in the education and migration industry is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
