Qualifications and experience:

A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a Registered Migration Agent, demonstrating a strong understanding of the migration process.

Successfully completed a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice, equipping you with comprehensive knowledge of migration legislation and policies.

Passed the Capstone Assessment, showcasing your ability to apply migration law and practice in real-world scenarios.

Must hold current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), ensuring compliance with professional standards and requirements.

Strong knowledge of skills assessment processes across various professions and industries, enabling accurate guidance for clients.

We are looking for a migration agent that:

Guides clients on their visa options and assess their eligibility based on individual circumstances and goals.

Accurately complete, organize, and submit visa applications, ensuring all supporting documents meet Department of Home Affairs requirements.

Manages communication with the Department of Home Affairs, addressing inquiries, updates, and application statuses promptly.

Assists clients with visa appeal processes or reviews before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), including preparing case arguments and documentation.

Provides support to the senior migration agent and team by contributing to casework, research, and process improvements.

Stays informed about changes to Australian migration laws and policies to ensure clients receive the most accurate and current advice.

Works with education providers, employers, and other relevant organizations to gather supporting documents and facilitate visa applications.
