Job Description:

As a Pizza Chef at Pizza Speciale, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of pizzas, both traditional and gourmet, according to our unique recipes. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, delicious pizzas in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to our menu and recipes.

Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Innovate and contribute to new menu items and specials.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Cook in a high-volume pizzeria or restaurant.

Strong understanding of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and topping.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

A passion for cooking and creating delicious food.

Team player with good communication skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
