We are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Ramlegh, Clyde North working Full time 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)!

About the Centre

On the corner of Keighery Drive and Tuckers Road, our Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Ramlegh centre is located in the growing southeastern suburb of Clyde North. The centre is in close proximity to local primary schools, community wetlands and other community facilities. Our Ramlegh centre has eight spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged six weeks to six years old.

Our Ramlegh centre is staffed by a team of experienced and qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated for. Adhering to the National Quality Standards, our programs are designed by a fully qualified early childhood teacher. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, that offers every child the opportunity to succeed.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, budget administration, and communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of care and education. Your role will be vital in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

About you

  • Diploma in ECEC highly regarded
  • Previous knowledge and experience in working with CCMS and XAP programs preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage own time
  • Working with Children Check, Police Check required
