As a Business Support (Administration) Officer, you'll handle administrative tasks like reviewing building applications, assisting customers with lodgements, preparing documents for assessment and review, managing communications, updating records, booking meetings and assisting with customer service inquiries. Your role ensures smooth operations and supports the team effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent working experience (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written, interpersonal and customer liaison skills.
- High level of initiative & adaptability including good research & investigation skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and initiative to prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work independently without supervision whilst operating well as part of a team environment.
- Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office.
