As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing the operations of one of our vibrant early learning centres, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational programs and a nurturing environment for the children in our care. we are seeking passionate and experienced Service Managers to lead our teams at the following locations:​

• Busy Bees at Geelong West: A 137-place service located at 151 Church Street, Geelong West VIC 3218. ​
• Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale: A 124-place service situated at 351 McGrath Road, Wyndham Vale VIC 3024.
• Busy Bees at Torquay: A 114-place service located at 15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228.

About You:

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and a current Working With Children Check.​
• Experience: Proven leadership in an early childhood setting, with a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).​
• Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and team-building abilities.​
